The TSD640-T60 has a high detection sensitivity and high-precision temperature control technology, extremely low internal temperature, and ultra-low dark current and dark noise, making it capable of meeting the needs of biological researchers in the short wave infrared band. The TSD640-T60 simplifies integration work with its simple and diverse interfaces, friendly control interfaces, and development interfaces. The 15um pixel spacing allows the TSD640-T60 to match a wider range of C-port lenses and low-cost lenses. The integrated video processing algorithm of TSD640 and TEC cooling technology to reduce dark current ensure excellent image quality. 25Hz frame rate, suitable for various application requirements.
